An Artisan Pop-Up Shop
Pop-ups are all the rage, and this Christmas season, some friends of mine here have decided to mount a digital pop-up shop for folks in the United Kingdom. It's called Pantori, and it's the Anglo version of their succesful site, Pantori.es. On it, and only until December 12, residents of the United Kingdom have access to some of the best (and most difficult to procure) artisan foods in Spain.
There's the usual suspects, like wine and cheese, but also some surprising, delicious foods from Spain. Think tinned mussels and beautiful Piquillo peppers.
